Papers submitted to SPACE 2026 must be original work by the author(s) and must not be published or under consideration elsewhere. IEEE anti-plagiarism policy applies to all submissions. Authors are solely responsible for any plagiarized content.
Prepare and submit papers in the IEEE standard two-column conference format (A4, English). Papers must be 3 to 6 pages in length, inclusive of figures, tables and references. Any submission exceeding six pages will be rejected.
The first page must include paper title, author(s), affiliations and contact information. Do not include page numbers
Use the official IEEE conference manuscript templates (Word/LaTeX). Detailed format information and templates are available on the IEEE website.
Authors may be required to create an account on the conference submission system (EDAS / Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit) before uploading. During upload provide the paper title, an abstract (≤100 words) and keywords in the respective fields.
All papers must be submitted as PDF via EDAS. Accepted papers that are registered and presented at the conference will be considered for inclusion in IEEE Xplore; authors must agree to IEEE copyright conditions and complete the IEEE copyright form as part of the online process.
